Jim Harbaugh’s top aide is leaving Michigan’s football program.
J.T. Rogan, who has spent the last two seasons as Harbaugh’s director of communications/operations, announced his decision to leave Michigan on Saturday.
Rogan came to Ann Arbor in 2016, replacing Zach Eisendrath in the role. He played for Harbaugh as a running back at San Diego during the 2000s and ultimately worked with Harbaugh during his time at Stanford before coming to Michigan.
He has also served as host of Jim and Jack Harbaugh’s podcast over the past seven months.
Most of Rogan’s work was behind the scenes within the program, as he played a large role in handling Harbaugh’s day-to-day schedule as well as a variety of other off-field projects.
